Aleksei Petrov

Co-Founder & CEO

Aleksei spent a decade building distributed trading systems at two global investment banks, where he became intimately familiar with the consistency problems that Synciro was built to solve. He leads company strategy and client relationships, and remains a hands-on contributor to the system's formal verification suite. He holds a master's in distributed computing from KTH Stockholm.

Nadia Osman

Co-Founder & CTO

Nadia is the architect behind Synciro's state synchronization engine. Before co-founding the company, she was a principal engineer at a distributed database company where she worked on consensus protocols and replication. She holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Cambridge, specializing in fault-tolerant distributed systems.

Chris Park

Co-Founder & Head of Engineering

Chris leads Synciro's engineering team across London, New York, and Seoul. He previously built real-time position-keeping systems for a major Asian brokerage and has deep expertise in event sourcing, CQRS patterns, and deterministic simulation testing. He studied computer science at KAIST.

VP of Product

Julia joined Synciro from a leading market infrastructure provider where she ran the product organization for their clearing and settlement division. She brings a rare combination of deep domain expertise in post-trade workflows and strong technical fluency, which allows her to bridge the gap between client needs and engineering execution.
