Aleksei Petrov
Co-Founder & CEO
Aleksei spent a decade building distributed platform infrastructure at two major cloud providers, where he became intimately familiar with the consistency problems that Synciro was built to solve. He leads company strategy and client relationships, and remains a hands-on contributor to the system's formal verification suite. He holds a master's in distributed computing from KTH Stockholm.
Nadia Osman
Co-Founder & CTO
Nadia is the architect behind Synciro's state synchronization engine. Before co-founding the company, she was a principal engineer at a distributed database company where she worked on consensus protocols and replication. She holds a PhD in computer science from the University of Cambridge, specializing in fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Chris Park
Co-Founder & Head of Engineering
Chris leads Synciro's engineering team across London, New York, and Seoul. He previously built multi-cloud orchestration systems for a major technology company and has deep expertise in Kubernetes operators, CRD-based state machines, and deterministic simulation testing. He studied computer science at KAIST.
Julia Strand
VP of Product
Julia joined Synciro from a leading cloud infrastructure provider where she ran the product organization for their multi-cloud management division. She brings a rare combination of deep domain expertise in infrastructure orchestration and strong technical fluency, which allows her to bridge the gap between client needs and engineering execution.
